Subject: my first crossfit workout
So I joined the local gym cus they have a pool to swim laps.  I got one free workout with a trainer and coincidentally the guy i drew was a Triathlete also.  He gave me a killer cross fit work out and it kicked my arse royally.

Good stuff, i was really winded and breathing very hard.  My legs are real tired and sore today. Great stuff for winter indoor training if you are looking into some alternative training for the off season.

I started working cross fit routines into my strength training a couple of months ago.  It amazes me how simple, but intense is the work.  My favorite routine...  50 Clean & Jerk, 50 Thrusters, 50 Plyo Jumps, 50 Jump Up to Pull Ups, and 50 Kettle Ball Swings.  There are some great resources on the web and great cross fit videos to pump you up on youtube.  BTW, I like your ER quote in your signature.
