Subject: More Garmin 310XT questions!
I'm have a problem with my 310xt.

When I try to turn the unit on it will beep, then beep again but not turn on, pushing any button will make the watch beep, but the screen does show.

I've tried every combination of button pushes but can't find a regular solution, eventually it will turn on and work normally, but it can take some time.

It happened for the first t ime the night before IMFL, now its happening almost every time.

Currently running version 2.9 software as I can't get it to connect to upgrade firmware, it connects fine to upload workouts!

Anyone else,, have similar problem, think it's gonnna have to go back to garmin!

I would give Garmin a call as you know from the marine side there techs are some of the best around. I was having lack of sat connection issues with my 310 and after 10 mins on the phone they had a new one on the way to me, beyond my warranty window.
