Tri Helmet fit

My loving wife got me the Lazer Tardiz helmet for Xmas.  It is the size that should fit, but it fits differently than my road helmet.  My road helmet almost sits on my sunglasses, right on top of my eye brow(s); however, the Lazer sits much further up on my head.  It feels secure, just different.  I was wondering if anyone else experienced this.
