Just ordered "be iron fit" is it any good? (Page 2)

I was given it for christmas. I am going to try it for the LIM in august. I will probably do it like its says except I may do more running if I can handle it @ the right HR. I am a cross country/track coach but this will be my first time training in a specific heart rate zones. Should be interesting. I did a 10 miler the other day and my ave. heart rate was @ the top of my 95%. I may need to do his 5k test and ajust my HR zones.

I'm using the competitive plan for IM CDA in June.  6 weeks in and it's great so far.  I've only heard good things about it.
