Subject: $48.8 million Powerball

The winning ticket of the $48.8 million Powerball from Christmas Day was sold at a shop about 20miles away from where I live. They narrowed it down with the cameras to the person who bought the ticket. Here's the kicker...the guy threw the ticket out with all the wrapping paper!!

That argument was tried as far as I know. I highly doubt the MUSL would let that fly.

And people wonder why both at Christmas and every time I move EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF WRAPPING/TISSUE PAPER gets flattened out and piled before heading for recycling...balling it up and immediately trashing it is just asking for missing things.
