Hello All,
I was wodering if anyone has ever had the sensation in the tip of there big toes like they are asleep or numb?  I have never had this while running or biking, but i walked around NYC all weekend in dress shoes. I probably walked over 20 miles all weekend in dress shoes and at the end of the night my feet were killing me.  It doesnt hurt or anything but its just a weird sensation.

I actually am experience the same thing, though brought on by different circumstances!

Pinched nerve seems to be the most logical explanation, and from what I gather, it'll go away.

Mine's been lingering for a week, and I'm getting more feeling back as time goes on.

I've had it while cycling.  My new cycling shoes have eliminated most of the issue, but I'll still get it on long rides.

Thanks for the reply!! I dont think my 15 mile backpacking trip this weekend is going to help much.

My 15+ miles of Ragnar Relay won't help either, I'm sure

It felt really weird to put on running shoes without feeling in my toe...
