Subject: Intermediate Ironman Program - D3 Athletes Page
Hi,

I'm following the Intermediate IM training program. Some of the strength sessions say to refer to the D3 Athletes Page to get the details.  I'm unable to find this information on the BT site, and I don't have a D3 account. Does anyone know where to find the details?

I looked at the plan and could not find what you are talking about.  I would assume it just tells you to refer to D3 for the core workouts.
