Run faster and concentrate on getting out on bike, can get nutrition on bike

Well done on some great race results. Hope you had a good weekend.

It was a great day of triathlon and don't know if you saw the Elites finish but I couldn't believe the time of 1.43 from Stuart Hayes.  How crazily speedy is that??
