Does anybody have or know where I can find a checklist (or provide suggested items) for all the transitions/special needs bags for a full IM. Thanks, Joan

Great question...I'm interested as well so i'll give it a bump!

I'm guessing it is mainly personal preference...stuff you train with but they do not offer on the race. Still, it would be nice for a little more guidance.
