Hey gang-
Longest run of the plan today (22ish) starting from Bridge to Nowhere (Old Reedy Creek Road).  Planned route is to mimic almost the entire Umstead Marathon route (minus the Cedar Ridge spur).  Any and all are welcome to join; looking for an 8-8:30 pace for this.  First 2.5 miles on bike/bridle, then into the woods (Company Mill/Sycamore).  Done with single track by 6ish miles.
