Subject: UPDATES - Feb 8, 2011 We have made a number of updates since early January: 1 - Too much volume The user survey indicated that there were some high-volume plans being created, and a few members communicated this to us (thanks JungleJen and Ahohl ). We are not sure if this was due to the bugs in the Beta testing phase or if there were current issues at the time of the survey. We have since looked at every plan by distance and have done this: - The 'Which best describes you' has been rewritten as the old verbage was causing people to choose plan at a higher level than what they should. Don't choose an 'advanced' plan unless you are FOP and/or you have the time to put in as these are higher volume.
- Half and Full IM plans. We have made some changes to the volume calculation, bringing the volume down to about what you would see with current Silver plans. This really affected IM level 2 plans, you will see that the volume is much more reasonable.
2 - Build2/Rest1 IM plans BUG We fixed a reported bug that put peak week two weeks out from the race, instead of three. This can be manually corrected by redoing the plan and reimporting. 3 - We have added a 's cheduling your workouts' link to the 'create schedule' tab - something that will be very useful for beginners who don't really know how best to schedule workouts. |
