Subject: G3
Is Gatorade 03 recovery drinks comparable to the other recovery drinks you use. I use after 2 hr. or longer workouts.
Also What to you think of Rockstar Energy recovery drink. It is loaded with electrolytes like power aid and also has caffeine. I am thinking of taking during long workouts.

I tried G3 once...just out of curiosity.  It tastes like vomit.  IMO anyway.

The only Gatorade product I can stomach is gatorade endurance and they even found a way to mess that up during recent update.
