So I had every intention of slapping my road bike on the trainer and having at it ...

90 minutes of maintenance and troubleshooting later, I'm way too tired to ride.

But hey, it's ready to go whenever I am, and I sure got a good sweat on.

bradaskins - 2011-03-21 6:14 AM 7 mile run at 10K pace = 1:00:37 (if I didn't dog the first 1/2 mile as a warm it would have been fasterSmile

If you can run 7 miles at a 6.2 mile pace, you may want to revisit your 10k pace ; )

Yoga tonight after a much-needed rest day. Worked out every day of Spring Break-- which was awesome, but tiring when insomnia persisted as well...Undecided

woke up with calf cramps for the first time.  the cramp part went away, but now my calves are painfully tight. it's horrible.

anyways...

  • morning. easy 1500 yard swim. main set was 20x50s on :50
  • afternoon. 20 mile bike @ 70% FTP.
  • evening- to be decided. either another swim or run, if I can deal w/ my calves.

2500 yards in the pool at lunch, felt horribly slow and sluggish

13 mile quick bike ride in the evening, took about 5 miles before I felt warmed up and started moving.

Yesterday did 2 hours of cross-country skiing. The season is winding down.

Today, some kettlebell swings and snatches: 30 seconds of swings and 30 seconds rest for 15 minutes.

2hr 50min bike and 30min brick run.  Had a 5k race yesterday morning, so yeah, I'm pretty sore!

17-minute run (weird, but that's what the plan called for) followed by a 1-hour strength session.
