Subject: Installing a garmin cadence sensor and bike mount..
I am an idiot when it comes to putting stuff together... does anyone know if this is hard and confusing to do... I looked at the directions and got confused... the bike store said they charge 15-20 bucks to install it... is it worth it or is this easy to do?

Very easy to do, the magnet goes on the inside of your left crank arm, the cadence sensor lines up with that.   Save the 15-20 bucks.  I will do a search, that had very specific pics for you.  I will get back to you.

What a coincidence. I just installed mine about 30 mins ago. The instructions that came with it were terrible, but I got better instructions off the garmin web site.

The new 305 picked it up automatically and its working well..
