Set Up Problmes

Maintenance plans are specifically 4-20 weeks.  Race plans are 6 weeks+.  The plans are generated from Race day backwards, so if you really want that 4 week plan, just create a 6 week plan and ignore the first 2 weeks.

Word of caution.  Unless you are already doing intervals in higher HR zones currently, for a 4-6 week plan, choose level one.  We don't want you jumping into near peak week for a level 2 or 3 plan if you haven't been doing intervals or any zone2+ training yet - that requires a much longer 'build' period to safely adapt.

So I set it up for the 6 weeks like you said, but when I tried to have it entered, it doesn't show up in my log? Did I do something wrong & should I set it up again?

I tried setting it up again and after I hit "put into my training plan" or something like that, its gone and not there...even though I still got an email telling me I had no workout tomorrow.

hmmmm.  I just successfully imported a plan into my training log. Though I see you have none in yours.

Here is what to do: go through the plan generation page again, click 'view plan' and get me a screenshot of the top part (your plan parameters along with the first few weeks) and attach it here so I can go into your account and recreate the plan to see what the issue is.

Just pasted from the print screen...not sure how to attach it. I can email it to you if that works too. Hit the Attach picture on this, but it asks for a URL, and I just have a copied Print Screen.

Haven't hit "import into my planned training"this time.

I called it Bring The Ruckus & it has all the info,

not sure what to do here, bc I have hit 'import...' already.

It says: plan instruction, volume graph, Import into my planned training & print.

Not sure what to do next

FYI, when I hit import, this is the message that comes up:

"This will overwrite any PLANNED training data during this date range. This will not affect your normal log entries. Do you wish to proceed?"

I hit 'ok' and then when I head to my log nothing is there. I use Firefox, the latest version.

It's imported.  See any of your 'planned' training views.  We are not sure why it didn't import for you.  Did you get the "Importing into your planned training" with the progress bar when you clicked ok?

Anyways, the plan is there.
