Veteran 249 , Arizona | Subject: RE: Marquee Roll Call Just looked at the athlete guide and there's an hour between the start of the first half-iron swim wave and the 1st oly swim wave. That's good news to a slow swimmer like me...that way when I start in the back I can be pretty sure I won't be mauled by fast swimming OLY athletes. Plus, I won't come out to an empty transition area, creating the illusion that I actually swim faster than I really do. |

Extreme Veteran 648 Scottsdale | Subject: RE: Marquee Roll Call With the air temp dropping and the possible rain on Saturday, I think the water temp will stabilize and we will be wetsuit legal. Great idea on the arm warmers for the bike, though. It should be a beautiful day, but likely about 60+ when we hit the bike course. 2 1/2 days to go. |
