Specialized Romin vs Cobb saddles

I got a new Specialized Romin with the last bike I bought.  At the fitting it seemed relatively comfortable, but since I've started riding in earnest I've gotten terrible chafing on the inside of my legs.  It's not the shorts as I can ride my road bike with a slightly narrower nosed saddle fine.  I suspect that the issue is the width of the nose.  I was wondering if anyone knew how the width of Cobb saddles' noses compares to the Romin?  I'm thinking that Adamo is right out as I saw they were substantially wider when I compared them at the shop.
