Swim Fast: Freestyle Lindsay Benko

Since I need to improve my swiming I decided to get a DVD. I am a visual person and needed to watch someone swim the right way (TI book doesnt cut it for me). I picked Swim Fast, Freestyle with Lindsay Benko (there are few choices out there for freestyle). The DVD has tips on how to get your body in the right position, drills, start, finish, turns, etc. It has some material I do not care much for as a triathlete (intervies, turns, finish techniques). But I was pleased with the camera angles and their analysis of the body posture and movement. The drills are explained the same way. I am pleased with the DVD, I watch it over and over, in slow motion. The video is around $25 at http://www.usaswimming.org
