Yeah, 5min/55 seconds per mile really sucks Corey! SARCASM!!!! I'd keel over if I ran a mile that fast! Great job! Suprised I never heard about this race!

The swim wasn't your fastest, but you did it at your B race pace. In A races you're much faster. Makes sense. You killed on the bike and had a slightly off run, but that's to be expected because this was a B race not long after having a bad crash at an A race and the run is where you'd expect it to show.

Between being off peak and not training for a week due to injuries, I'd say you had a good day. Add to that the fact that you managed to keep the rubber side down this time, and you made it home with all your skin, I'd say you had a really good day.

haha yea tribodyboarder is a pretty small race and its really well organized, you should do it next year. and I hope I can watch myself on Tv one day, even though it would be kinda weird. And I was happy that I did stay on the bike this time, but I was hoping for something around a 5:15-5:10 min/mile. but its true its a B race and Im not in the top physical shape right now. hopefully I will be when Santa Barbara long course comes around. (1 week)

Well Corey, I supposed the only time I might see you in the SB tri is when you're finishing the race as I get off the bike! Ha, ha. Good luck in that one and I'll look for your name near the top! Look for mine well below that!!!

I can get back to my top fitness level because of two things, the first is I respond VERY well to little training. and Im in the same shape as I was on the 7th at my peak, I just need to get the blood flowing a little more during this week. and tribodyboarder I'll will definately look for you in the results, maybe I'll even see you there.
