Subject: Interested in trading training scedules / ideas (Olympic/Standard to 140.3 Distances) I've got some interesting ideas regarding swim training after looking at swimsmooth.com and totalimmersion.co.uk sites. Basically it looks at: what REALLY makes people faster in the water (the critical counter-intuitive!). Anyone find stuff like this about other areas of triathlon? For example, kick hard toward the end of the swim to get blood flowing back into your legs and therefore start off faster on the bike. Also, keep your heels down when cycling as this will make the run leg less prone to cramping. Looking for those with EXPERIENCE. -B |
