Subject: IMFL Athlete's Guide

A while ago, I located a participants guide for the IMFL athletes.  It had a lot of very useful information on the race and preparations for the event.  I was on the IMFL website today and couldn't seem to find it.

Anyone have any ideas?

It was probably last years guide.  They normally won't post it until 3-4 weeks prior to the event in case of last minute changes, etc...

Keep checking their website Karl. Like Larry said, it might be a few weeks before the race that they publish the guide. At Lake Placid, they also sent each entrant an email with the guide information. It was also about 10-14 days before the race when you found out your actual race number too.
