Run More... You have 12 weeks left, so you should be fine if you increase slowly... it seems the swim is the most lacking right now, but that maybe subjective... If you're just trying to finish a HIM, then you'll be fine... maybe a lot of walking when it comes to the last 13.1, but you'll finish. If you are not used to Open Water Swims, you're going to struggle mightily on the swim. If you're only at 2000 yds right now... it's going to be a challenge for you on the 2100 yd OWS. Very doable, but it won't feel too good, IMO. Above all, have fun and enjoy the ride! |
