I have a Powertap SL hub laced to a DT Swiss R1.1 with 32 spokes.  This is the standard manufacturer stock built wheelset and has been upgraded to SL+ with the software upgrade kit.  This upgrade allows you to use any Ant+ headunit such as the Garmin Edge 500/800 to control the unit.
