Overall, it was a decent race, but crashing around mile 38 on the bike didn't help. Without the crash I feel I would have been quite close to the 4:30 mark. Only something to build on now and learn from my stupid mistakes. See race report for details.

A little road rash never hurts, anyways!

Addmittedly, without the bottle spike, you easily beat my guess.  But, still, do I win a prize??? 

Congrats on a solid performance, Nate!  You would defnitely be close to 4:30 without the fall.  But cutting 3+min from your swim (very doable) is probably the real area to focus on.  (Well, that and following the rules. )  Keep up the good work!
