Subject: Edge 500 and training log problem

I used my new Edge 500 the first time today. No problems uploading to Garmin Connect, but I couldn't get my training center to upload from it. Communicator is working correctly; I even tried downloading it again to be sure.

Any suggestions?

It doesn't connect properly to units that download through the cable vs the ANT+ stick. They've had the "we are working on it" post up for a long time now. 

Basically, you have to enter your data manually for now.

If by "training center" you mean your logs here on BT, the edge 500 is yet supported here.
