  I'm not sure of any tri stores near Glenelg, but there are a few options in Columbia.  Race pace, Princeton Sports, and Road Runner all have a decent selection of tri stuff (shoes, wetsuits, bikes, etc.)

Hi, Matt.  Only the Columbia Race Pace on Snowden River Parkway has lots of tri gear, the Ellicott City and Owings Mills ones dont'.  Also, the Road Runner Sports store has very little tri-specific stuff, though you can get race/training stuff like nutrition, sunglasses, water bottles, etc. and many of the people that work there are triathletes.  They have an online triathlon shop but it's only reselling Nytro stuff.
