Subject: Started my Triathlon Training with 230 Kilometers of Biking

Started training this weekend. Having never biked before I biked 230 kilometers total with a group of 8 people this weekend. 63 kilometers from Holland to Germany on Friday, 100 kilometers from Germany to Holland to Belgium Saturday, and 73 kilometers from Belgium back to Holland Sunday. Feeling sore but I was pleasantly suprised on how I held up. I avg about 25k/hr for the whole trip.

Today I start swimming!

Lol, I think I'll stick to the training plan on the swimming part. I've never swam for exercise. On the biking I've actually been biking to and from work for a month now but that's only 5 miles each way. Nothing compared to what I did this weekend.
