I thought I really did good in this race for not really training for it. I started out a little to hard with a 5.55 first mile. I felt good until the last half mile where I lost a little of steam.

Try and pave myself better and do more of a pick up at the end of the race.

Walked and jogged around cheer on one of my co-workers.


Not much except my pacing.


The only bad thing about the race was it did not have Chip timing. I was really surprise because it was a large race with alot of competition. I timed myself and I clocked myself at 20:27, so it was not that far off but still I like knowing that I have an accurate time.
