Comments: this was not my best swim. I felt panicky when the other ladies were so aggresive. I took in alot of water and had to really remind myself it was not ok to quit. Got into a better rythym after the first bouy What would you do differently?: Not sure. I guess I could have started further outside instead of trying to draft off the faster girls Transition 1
Comments: this was a comedy of errors. did really stupid things here like I forgot to buckle my helmet so when I stopped to so it my bike fell over, thus losing all my liquid from my aero bottle. then my shoe fell off trying to get on the bike and I had to turn around to get it. What would you do differently?: think a little more clearly before I start doing things! Bike

Comments: other than a long jog on gravely pavement in bare feet, this wasn't so bad, I thought Run
Comments: sore knee out of the gate. It gave out at about mile 2. I probably could have done better to overcome it but I psyched myself out so much that I think I gave up right then in my mind. I ran on and off but every time it started to hurt, I would stop. Very dissapointed. What would you do differently?: I stopped running in POSE during Lake Zurich and I never returned. I probably started the old injury when I went back to my wicked ways of over banging my foot down too hard Post race
Warm down: cried, iced the knee, pouted, cried some more. Drove and got even more sore What limited your ability to perform faster: Genes? Other than the knee thing, I don't know what I'm doing wrong that everybody else is so damn much faster. Event comments: I will do this agaibn for sure. Next year I will be stronger.
