PSA: IM 70.3 California/Oceanside reg is open

Just signed up. It'll be my first WTC event.

Mine too, and probably my first half, although I'll probably do the Palm Springs HIM (1.2 city pool, 50 mi TdPS, PS HM).

Interesting. I didn't even know that Palm Springs had a half. The only half I've done was Wildflower, and I'm planning to do either Magic Mountain Man or the new Orangeman half distance triathlons this year. I wanted to do Oceanside as my first half, but circumstances led me to doing Wildflower. I've heard that the bike course can be pretty hilly with some climbs. It couldn't be more difficult than Wildflower's course, could it?
