Oldest guy that competes often in my area is 72, he swims like a fish, has killer bike leg, and is not to bad on the run, He did a sprint this season in roundabout 1:20-25 Smoking fast for his age. Then again he is retired, and spends all his time training |

There was another old man story here on BT not long ago that I had some mixed feelings about because the guy was falling down during the end of the run, needed help, and I worried about him getting injured. But this guy looks like he finished strong!! |
