Subject: Knee Braces
So I've been diagnosed with chrondomalacia patella.  Doc says a knee brace may give some relief and support (but don't run on it yet).  Any suggestions on a knee brace?

could try the cho-pat strap, but I'd suggest working with a good PT to potentially fix the cause.

I had knee pain a doc thought was runner's knee, but 2 years later, tons of tests and doctors I am still not healed (problem is actually in my hip, affecting my knee and back).
