Subject: long run hi i am currently training for a marathon in october as yet i haven,t started on any long runs ie 10miles plus. i run 6 days a week between 3miles and 8 miles per session i also cycle every day(commute12miles each way] and a long distance ride every other weekend 100miles +. i have a holiday home approx 90miles from my house and i was wondering how achievable it would be to run this in 2 days at the end of july .any advice would be gratefulty appreciated.. thanks |
