Some people are just born with it, I guess. You have a gift for running that a lot of people don't have. Don't be surprised that it'll take some work to get to the level of expectation for cycling, even though you don't nearly have to work as hard as other people to be such a good runner.

I find running fairly easy. But cycling and swimming are hard going. I spoke to a guy recently who

could swim but not great at all. He thought he was just going to do a bit in the pool and then a

few goes in the lake and he would be flying. He was astonished at how hard swimming was, he 

really got a shock

Triathlons are hard.
