Hey there has anyone done the sunridge sprint triathlon.

I was wondering how the bike is how hilly and challengng. I'm aware its wide tire and little longer then the usual sprint.

Also how long is the run is it the typcal 5k or is it 7.5 which ive heard it was before. Very important for a terrible runner to know lol.

I did the tri a try here two years ago and loved it and nice and close too home. This year ive done the (huntsville) muskoka sprint. I'm trying to decide which one of the two races to do in sunridge.

Any suggestions please

The bike has some really challenging hills, but the run has been changed this year to a 5k for the sprint.  The try-a-tri has only one hill on the bike and that is a bump compared to the back of the sprint bike.

Thanks for the info. I'm used the hills around here so this sounds like a good challenge I signed up for the sprint. Hope to see you there I'll at BOP as I'm still a relative newby and slow.
