Who is in for this Weds? It sounds like a lot of fun- 3*( 300 swim and 1 mile run). Lots of transitions and no time to catch your breath.

Cool...will be good to see you guys there. I did a test last week: swam 500 yards then quickly went for a 0.75 mile run and then hopped back in the water for another 500. Lets just say that my blood didn't know where to go at that point: "dude, you want me in your legs or upper body? Oh cummon, make up you mind already!" It should be really fun though and seems low-key (which is not the same as low-pain).

Very fun race!  I would urge people on the fence to do the one in August.  Laid back, unfussy, fun.  And a sweet shirt to boot!

X2. It was refreshing to have the race director just stroll down to the beach and say "lets get this thing started" and off we went. Very nice event.
