7.5.11...BBQ Food Hangover anyone?! (Page 2)

I, along with half the nation, ate too much this weekend.

This morning did 200m sprints with 200m walking (yes, walking) in between each one for 3 miles.

At noon, did 700m at the pool. Still working on that crawl. It's getting better. The first few length are really tough, but it gets better.

Went to a really cheesy, cheap family circus this evening. It was about 120 degrees under that "big" top, but it was still really fun.
