good luck to all in Little Washington. Should be a hot one, but a good one. I look forward to reading all about it.

Hope to meet some of you all tomorrow.  I will be the big goofy looking guy with the white Felt.

Good Luck,

Well, the race was fun until the run.  Man oh man! It became so hot during the run.  I started off at a 7:40 mile pace and proceeded to slow down each mile.

I was moderately happy with my results.  My swim is my weakest leg (and it shows as always) and the heat just killed me on the run.

Oh well, the bike was wicked fun and felt fine in my aero-helmet.

How'd everyone do?

I had a horrible day.

It involved a decent swim, for me, no energy on the bike. bee sting to the head at mile14, flat tire at mile 17, chased by dogs at mile 17.5 and a slow defeated run in the heat...

fun stuff...at least I wasn't the guy who got bitten by the snake! eek!

I survived the swim, had fun on the bike, and blew up on the run....  My stomach was trashed all morning due to some stupidity on my part.  Lesson Learned.  The heat was killer..  I still had a good time and will definately keep this one on the future schedule.

Man was that run hot. Great event as always. Try to drop the Washington chamber of commerce a note on their website to keep this race going.

Really liked the race and LOVED the bike. The run...hmmm, a tad on the warm side but FSSERIES kept the water really cold and those ice-towels were heaven.

I am glad to hear I wasn't the only one that had a tough run. I rocked the swim and bike - but the run went downhill as soon as I was out of the shade.

I personally thanked the lady that set up the sprinkler in the middle of the road, that was great.
