and between TYR Torque Pro and Elite?

Unless you are a pro, racing for the podium, neither. If you are a fish, you may see 1sec/100 gain at best, just from covering your loose tri kit and the pockets. Spend your money wisely elsewhere.

Don't cave into marketing hype. Textile skins, newest gen don't bring any significant improvement for AG-ers. If you are Kona material, I say go for it, 3800m swim may be sufficient to justify the cost but only if you are 5hr IM bike split and sub 3:30 IM marathon runner.

Now, if you just want to blow the money, can't go wrong with either, try and see which one fits your body type better.
