Took vacation day from work today to get in some dedicated training time & hit the local fitness center pool.  (Peak training phase for 1st IM attempt.)  Swam 4k straight & felt good at finish.  But then found someone took my nice unique beach towel.  PO'ed not just to loose my towel, but since this pool has no towel service I had LOADS of fun trying to dry off in the locker room before getting dressed.Yell

It's really rude to walk off with somebody else's stuff.

That is so weird! Because today I found the coolest beach towel at the local fitness center pool just laying there with nobody using it. Go figure

That happened to me before too.  I think a confused older lady walked off with it.  I really liked that towel too.  Nice under the sea beach pattern.

Keep your eyes peeled when you are back at that place in the future and take it back.  Then snap the culprit with it for retaliation.

LOL!

I feel for you.  I too have a favorite towel.  It has been in the TA at every tri I've done.  I keep it hidden under my bed, so nobody uses it as "just another beach towel"!

This explains the near-univeral phenomenon of old naked guys in locker rooms. After years of having their towels stolen, they just gave up on towels and chose to air dry.

Just say no to old naked guys. Don't steal towels.
