Swim
Comments: was was last i got caught behind people at the walls and in the water passed them i took my time and was able to swim free style the whole swim. What would you do differently?: not spot to rest on the walls Transition 1
Comments: left shoe from run to bike was tough but i over came it and pushed through Bike
Comments: started the bike at a good pace slower then other that started same time as me. i let some people pass and later on at about 12- 13 miles had a burst of speed and pass people up Transition 2
Comments: did good here other then sunglasses got shoes helmet top off quickly, stopped to throw glasses in pile Run
Comments: run out in middle of pack with reasonable pace. as race progressed i moved up on slower runners that went out to fast. after a certain point 1/2 way i passed most people that have passed me earlier and pick up with two sprints. with a ok finish What would you do differently?: I may have been able to push even harder from the start, i wanted to preserve my energy Post race

woke up 4:30 am ate bananas took meds and vitamins drove to race with plenty of time. Found spot loosed up and stretched. Spoke with others. Took gel 1/2 hour before start
basic stretching mostly on legs and hips from the time i woke to start. light yoga moves
