Subject: "Warning will Robinson, warning," stupid question inside this post
While out running this weekend I saw a lot of people with compression sleeves things on their legs.  What is the purpose of these things?  They were so prevalent, I almost felt like I was missing something.

Wait wait...are you related to Synthetic?

If not....compression is a huge deal lately.  Many use it for performance and even more use it for recovery.  If you look up "compression for recovery" on google you will find a ton of reading material.

No I had an appointment to be a dad all day.  My avatar is  there cause I am the one riding in the f1 car in the picture.  I aspire to go that fast on my bike.

I think that you are referring to calf sleeves.  They "protect" your calves.
