I am really picky with my doctors. I don't know what it is but I never feel too happy with most doctors I see. I really want someone that understands triathletes and has been through overtraining issues. I would prefer someone that is a triathlete and also has a good grasp of nutrition (including very high carb/calorie intake at times and recovery nutrition). I guess that I want a doctor that I can look to as a role model not someone that tells me I am skinny and exercise alot so I can eat whatever I want.

I live in Parker and work in Highlands Ranch so if you know of anyone in the South Metro area I would love some suggestions.

Thanks

I've been seeing Clark Zimmerman at Hilltop Family Physicians for years.  Before him I would see his father.  For a GP I'm not too concerned about him understanding me as a runner/triathlete but I don't think he would make any judgements because you are too skinny.  I just see him for the common things that most people see a GP for.  There are 3 or 4 other doctors at Hilltop.  ?Their website is http://href="http://www.hilltopmd.com/">www.hilltopmd.com

I might add, most MD's that I know are the best people to get information concerning nutrition.  If that's what you are after I would look for a nutritionist.
