PC Coach trianing plan?

Just finished my second season in Tri's and I am looking to tune my training and looking into a coaching plan. Does anyone have any experience with the PC Coaching software, specifically the Mike Pigg Triathlon plan? Sorry, I already posted when I realized that someone had already began such a thread.
