Subject: Trek 2300 - $550 54cm

Looking to move to a TT bike so the wife says I need to move this one first.

2000 Trek 2300 w all Ultegra 9 speed parts (except right shifter which is a new model 105).  Rolf Vector Comp wheels.  All true and tuned.

An astute BT user pointed out to me that this used to be a triple, but the smallest ring was taken off.  It's now a double with 42 and 52 teeth.

how tall are you?  my wife is looking for a bike, would you recommend this one for her?  any comments on geometry for women vs. men and women specific bikes?  appreciate all your thoughts.
