Subject: Shiv module vs Shiv pro OSBB?
I just hoped on specialized website to ponder around and noticed it was updated with the new shivs what is the differences between the two frame sets? Is it just one comes with bars and crank set?

Are you talking about the S-works module vs the OSBB?  If so then yes with the S-work you get the bars and crank BUT it's also a different carbon lay-up---11 vs. 10.................  I think that makes the S-Works a hair lighter as just a frame set....

Totally missed the compare function lol thanks. Luckily I'm not in the bike market for a few more months. It is going to be a toss up. Would i have trouble racing the new shiv in local TT being not UCI legal or will no one really care since i am not what we call a contender.

It really depends how strict the guys running it are. That said, if they are sticklers about it you probably wouldn't meet the qualifications on ANY tri bike (if it's set up right) unless you are paying close attention to all the "3:1" / "saddle behind BB" / etc rules as well.
