I was looking at it, I've been self coached for most of 30 years looking at ways to improve.

Yes, I have in the past, took several years off and used private coaches and am back using it again currently.

2 friends of mine used them with great success.  Both saw huge PR's.  I don't know more than that though.

It definitely works, but word of warning it can be a lot of volume.  I happen to like more volume, but it can be difficult to schedule in sometimes.  Due to where I live the, I typically can only ride outside 1x/week even during peak season.  So volume+trainer is a special kind of suck to deal with.

Thanks, I have been talking with them. Seems like a good idea to have someone else looking at my training I think I tend to pick what I like and work on that. I Posted some ideas on here for the off season and some of the post made me rethink how I go about setting up my training amybe an objective coach could give me some improvement I could get on my own?
