Subject: My bike is coming, my bike is coming!

Sorry for the silly post, but I'm excited to finally have my bike coming to League City!!  I've been living here for a few months in an apartment by Clear Lake, but my wife and I finally sold our house in Atlanta and have bought a house in League City (Victory Lakes).  The moving truck is bringing all our stuff (including my road bike) on Monday November 14th!

Every weekend I see TON'S of bikers out on the roads around League City, some road and some tri.  I'm looking to join in, but it's hard to run alongside those bikes!!

Anyway, I have ZERO bike legs right now but I've been running to get back into shape so hopefully I can hang with the slow group.

Hit me up if you know of any good group rides still going on come November 19th or later!

It's ok to be silly!  I went out of town for work earlier this year.  A couple weeks into the trip, some co-workers were talking about missing their kids.  I said, "I miss my bike."  They looked at me like I was a 10 year old trapped in a 40 year old body (probably true).  BTW, I have seven kids, and yes, I did miss them.  Just maybe not as much as my bike...

this isn't silly at all! i had to leave my bike at my parents house for 2 weeks, and i really really missed it!
