Not a bad time for me. I noticed near the ends I was putting almost no effort into kicking off the walls. This is the way I train and I always thought in a race I would do it and be faster. I forgot!!
What would you do differently?:

Practice swimming the way I would race. Learn to tumble turn.

I was slow. Didn't check distance to the mounting point before the start and ended up 'running' a long way in cycling shoes! Gernerally took too much time. Need to learn to cycle with my feet on top of the shoes

Practice a lot more

Time includes transition T1 and T2. Also includes several minutes changing a tire.
My average speed for the bike (when I was cycling) was a 35 km/hr which I happy about. Enjoyed the course.

Don't panic when I get a flat

The course went off road and had quite a bit of climb. At one point running into the wind also. For me, considering the tougher course was a good 5km. Felt a bit wobble at the start.
What would you do differently?:

Going to concentrate on my running over the winter. Want my 10km below 40min for next season.

Not practicing the little things. Tire changes, transition, tumbling turns, etc.
