FSA RD 400 wheelset

Anyone out there ride on the FSA RD 400 wheelset? I am thinking about buying a set to upgrade my 2005 Trek 1000 from the stock Alex rims, but I have seen mixed reviews here;

One of the posts even mentioned a recall for retentioning.

Just wondering if any BTers have had any experience with this wheelset.
